Author Topic: ParkingEye Parking Charge - My number plate is not clearly visible in the photos. Can I appeal this? (PHOTOS INCLUDED)  (Read 896 times)

Hi all,

Long story short, I visited a friend for a short amount of time at their university and parked in the university's car park. After leaving, and a few short days, I've received a ParkingEye Parking Charge for the sum of £60 (£30 if paid within 14 days).

However, in the evidence/paper they've provided, the photos do not adequately or clearly display the number plate of my vehicle in the associated photos. Based on the photos (please see below), will I stand a chance at appealing this?

Thanks in advance, really appreciate any advice on this matter.

Not unless you dispute that your car was there? (It seems that you don't?)

Have you checked their website - the photos are often better quality there than in print.

Can you show us the back of the notice, and show us the dates and times on the notice?
