Posters are reminded not to use wording that implies guaranteed success (unless they are prepared to reimburse the OP for any losses if their prediction turns out to be incorrect).

Based on previous experience, there is a strong chance this will be discontinued as suggested above. The good news for you is that the deadline for paying the fee is before the deadline for the submission of witness statements.

If you haven't heard anything by Close of play on 26th, phone the court first thing the following morning and ask if the claimants have paid the fee.
