Hello all
The driver of the vehicle entered the above carpark, parked up, and went to speak to the landlord (they do business with the pub). They did not register the car as being in the carpark - I understand the procedure should be to enter the registration number of the vehicle into a terminal situated in the pub.
My partner as registered owner of the vehicle has now received the Parking Charge Notice. Note that the issue date of the PCN is the 3rd May, we received the PCN on the 12th May a full 9 days later, giving us less time to submit an appeal should we need to do so.
Note the time the vehicle was in the carpark was 6 minutes only.
The driver has spoken to the landlord who has said they will contact the parking company to try to get the charge removed. However I thought it best to post here as well, in case that doesn't work or the landlord ends up forgetting to make the phone call etc
Thank you for any help
