Which parking company are DCBL representing?
For this to be the first you have heard of the matter, a number of letters must have gone missing in the post. Whilst this is not unheard of, it's relatively rare, so one of your first steps should be to identify why:
- Are you the registered keeper of the vehicle? That is, do you hold the vehicle's V5C document in your name?
- If Yes, get the V5C document out, and check that your address is correct
- If No, who is the registered keeper?
Another immediate step is to get hold of a copy of the original PCN and any other documents that may have got lost somehow - to do this, send a
Subject Access Request to the Data Protection Officer of the parking company (
not DCBL). You can usually find the details for the Data Protection Officer on the parking company's website, often under the Privacy Policy page.
