CIVIL ENFORCEMENT PCN- LETTER BEFORE ACTION

I have read a few previous defendants post and repliers will usually say to come back and post once a 'letter before claim' has been sent out, hence why I have waited until now. I have 30 days to get back to the company unless they will commence proceedings. The PCN was 01.12.23.

Any guidance or help with correspondence with Civil Enforcement will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

Not starting your thread in the News / Press Articles would have been a good start.

An even better start would be to read the READ THIS FIRST sticky in the Private Parking forum.
