Charter House - 'Parked outside of the confines of a marked bay'

I received a parking fine at the block of flats I live at. It is issued by a private company 'Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd'. They're charging an extortionate fee of £100, £60 if paid within 14 days.

The reason is 'Parked outside the confines of a marked bay'.

They have photographs they took at 2am of me pulled up on the curb.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The OP needs to post up what is asked for in order to obtain the best advice. For example copy if the PCN,signs etc.
You would seek legal advice from a solicitor with minimal information as you would be asked to elaborate your case.

I was parked on a curb, due to a lack of parking spaces at my own block of flats.
