Where in this thread have any of us said that the claimant in your case would not pay the court fee and discontinue?

We can never guarantee any outcome, nor do we claim to.

Claims run by DCB Legal often result in the case being discontinued. BW Legal are much more stubborn.

What is your deadline for submission of a witness statement?

Well my father is dying and I have to leave the country for the next few weeks. How do I go about settling this make sure I don't get a judgement in absence?

I’m sorry to hear your news, but you’ve called this site a “scam”, you’ve ignored the clear deadline for submitting Witness Statements, and now you’re not going to to turn up in court.
So what do you think?

Very sorry to hear about your father.

Your best bet if you are looking to settle is to contact BW Legal and arrange to make payment in return for the case being discontinued.
