Small car park in Silver Street, Glastonbury is monitored by ANPR operated by Britannia Parking. Car park accepts cash as payment. Around £2 was paid in coins to park for 3 hours. Received a PCN in the post.
On the day in question - our party travelled in 2 vehicles. The keeper of the other vehicle also received a PCN notice in the post - despite us being certain we'd paid cash to park. On the day, the driver of the second vehicle informed the driver of the first vehicle they'd paid for 3 hours - the driver of the second vehicle matched the same.
Sadly, no receipts were retained.
