Britannia PCN - Overstayed - Dolphin Pub, Botley

Hi all,

I've successfully dealt with parking charge notices before but it's been a while, so not sure if anything has changed.

This car park is run by Britannia and they allow 3 hours free parking. The driver overstayed by around 30 minutes. The car park itself is owned by the Dolphin Pub in Botley but the pub was not visited - I'm not sure how helpful they would be.

I've just realised today is the last day the driver can take the £60 "reduced cost" option (which naturally they would prefer to avoid entirely).

Attached is the letter received from Britannia on 28th Feb (strangely over a week after the date of the notice), and a snap of the parking signage which is placed at multiple positions in the car park. Can't miss the signs.

Not sure if bumping is allowed but would appreciate any opinions on this PCN.

One more bump. From searching other posts, it looks like Britannia's PCNs are not compliant with POFA Schedule 4 so I'm guessing the boilerplate in that thread should suffice?
