Over the past year, a care worker attending a neighbouring property has repeatedly obstructed access to my driveway, parking across the dropped kerb despite alternative space being available. Despite polite verbal requests, formal complaints to their employer (including CCTV evidence), and recent involvement from the police, the behaviour has persisted—ranging from partial encroachment to full blockage.
The care agency has declined to provide the worker’s details to the police, instead leaving it to her discretion to make contact, which she has not done.
They appear to know that the police cannot proceed without their full name and the registration of their private vehicle is not enough for the police to make a house call.
