I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

"Many competitors are seen riding fixed wheel bikes – “fixies” – which are illegal on public roads because they have no front brakes."
Nope - any bike without a front brake is illegal and any fixie with a front brake is legal, the two are not synonymous.

Not saying I approve of this, I don't, any more that I approve of Birmingham's road races.
There are motorists who have been scammed and those who are yet to be scammed!
