Pedantry on my part perhaps, but it's a bit frustrating that they've chosen to use an image of a council-issued Penalty Charge Notice as the headline image on an article about private Parking Charge Notices.
More promising that these companies seem to be a hot-topic for journalists recently, might spur the private parking bill back into life.
