Reading through it seems a sad tale of some hapless guy who couldn't get TFL to set up an autopay cos they already had one for the van, failing to check his V5c, failing to update change of address, postal redirection gone wrong.

While it does seem that TFL don't make it easy to change an autopay payee, I can't help but ask the question.

When he struggled and could not set up the account, why in the world didn't he pay the charges daily?
