• Hi can any advise on this scam PCN from Premier Park.
  They parked in a retail park to go into Smyths Toyshop.
  They parked at the bacl of the car park under a tree in the shade, no other cars in the near vancinity.
  Then this PCN has appeared for parking the wheel on the white line.
  Can anyone advise what to do with this one?

  and it doesn’t does it? It just glosses over the period of parking by saying that it was immediately before a single time given.
  
  You will need to get POPLA to cancel this, after Premier Park reject your appeal.

• Just the standard one about non-compliance with POFA and therefore the keeper can not be liable for the actions of the driver, there are plenty of examples here.

• Those images appear to have time and date stamps in the top left - not legible from your upload, can you tell us what they say?
