You nominated the driver 82 days after the date of the PCN, then.

My fault I know as the driver told me it would be paid and it wasn't.
I sent the 2 letters following some advice on a precious forum (I think peppipoo).
If you can’t get the driver to pay DCBL, ECP will probably continue pursuing you under the provisions of PoFA 2012. I do not know whether this can include taking you to court; someone else can hopefully advise here because I don’t know myself.
