  I’ve been reading this thread.

  I am in the same position.
  
  Just recieved the court claim letter. 
  
  I am completely liable for this parking notice. They do not know this. I have ignored all letters.
  
  Would following your advice encourage DBL to discontinue before a hearing. Or would I actually have to be not liable.(I have no defence)

• Please post up the claim form, and the original PCN if you have it.
  
  In most cases as long as you defend the claim, DCBL give up before paying the trial fee, but nothing is guaranteed.
