Please advise if it’s worth appealing. The photos show the car there for 1m 25s. Thank you. Letter and evidence downloadable below. Thanks.
Location:
Find local businesses, view maps and get driving directions in Google Maps.
I also noted that the text on the photograph is for the wrong numberplate.
Whatever you did prompts me to “sign in” to Google Drive. Which I’m not going to do.
There does not appear to be a “period of parking” on the notice. Wait for others to input because there may be other failings. If so, appeal as the registered keeper without identifying the driver on the basis of non-compliance with PoFA 2012 so that the registered keeper can not be liable.
The notice is not POFA complaint as it fails to meet the requirements of Schedule 4 Paragraph 9(2)(b).
Never identify the driver in any appeal.
The initial appeal should be on the basis of 'no contract entered - the driver left during the consideration period'.
The time stamped photographs provided with the Notice are 10:01:02 and 10:01:08 The final photograph at 10:02:27 is downloaded from their website. Is that relevant? Also the colour is incorrect.
Did the driver leave the vehicle at any point?
You can appeal as outlined with no consideration period being adhered to. Also I can see a sign quite high up with some Parking provisos does it mention any yellow lines being a restriction in the terms and conditions and if so what are they.
