Hello,
I'm so happy to have found this group thanks in advance for your time!
On Sunday I parked on a street in Edmonton in Enfield. All along one side of the road there is signage advising cars to park with wheels on the footpath as it is a narrow street. The two neighbouring roads are the same.
I parked at the top of the road with my wheels overlapping the pavement. Just behind my car were a few garages with no parking lines in front of them and a small double yellow lines section. Just passed the garages was a wheels on the pavement sign.
I followed that sign as it was the nearest I could see and received this PCN.
For a bit of extra context, there was space for just one car. In front of my car was a set of double yellow lines and behind were the white no parking lines.

Here are some pictures of where I was parked, some other nearby cars on the road and the signage.

And here is map of the road. Very roughly I was parked at the blue cross and the nearest sign was the red circle

I'd really appreciate advice on how best to appeal this.
Thanks!
