I didn't take a copy of it, but the representation basically was to say the contravention did not occur as the location mentioned does not exist.
I still have not received the NoR, but I called TFl and they said it was sent on 28th. The discounted period finishes on 10th. The agent I spoke to an agent who said the rejection information on the NoR mentions to the fact that this is a red route and I should not have stopped it didnt seem to address anything related to the location I'm going to call the map again tomorrow if I don't receive the NoR and ask them to read out the details and I'll share them here.
What are the more experienced members view here on my chance of winning at a tribunal?

Hi all, I noticed on the TFL website that the Appeal has been rejected, awaiting the details via post.  Is this worth taking to the tribunal and if I do so should I first pay the reduced amount before appealing to tribunal?

In that case should my challenge be on the basis that the contravention did not occur as I did not stop at Purley road? Or is it that the location mentioned does not correspond to the evidence provided?
How would I frame this?
Should I include any other points in my challenge?

Any other thoughts on this? My only genuine argument is the angle of approach, presence of tree and foliage during approach and the busy merging traffic which means it's difficult to notice the sign at that point of entry into the street. If that's not good enough then I should probably pay up.
Would appreciate any reference for the appeal letter.

Finally received the DVD and here's the video. Please suggest if I have any appeal angles from this.
Summary- 30-40 second stop, coming in with limited visibility of the board showing restriction. Joining road at a point of merge with busy traffic.

Thank you. Is there an angle for appeal at all here? 80 pounds for a 30 second stop seems excessive. The charging point marking is also at a major merging point between 3 different roads, so one has to always watch the incoming traffic which makes it almost impossible for anyone to read a sign looking at the opposite side to the incoming traffic.
Appreciate if there are any other views here.

Understood. Would the PCN code actually be 46? I also realise they have 14 for specifically the EV charger parking.

Yes, it was less than 45 seconds and as soon as I stopped the passenger got off... they didn't really wait for my permission it anything.

Received the PCN attached for stopping at a red route. The location mentioned is a EV charging point that is a 1 single bay). I pulled in to the bay for less than 45 seconds ( 3 pictures shared by TFL are within 35 seconds of each other)  to let a passenger out without realising this was a EV charging point only. I didn't notice the bay  turning in as It is  very much immediate as you make a turn, and  I need to focus on oncoming traffic from other direction. There is  very little time to notice given the tree trunk and foliage of the tree and traffic coming from other direction to merge. Better pictures from the TFL page attached. I moved immediately as I noticed the bay, but now realise that's not quick enough.
Thank you in advance fo any guidance.

Couple of questions,
1.  can I quote the tree trunk,  foliage obscuring the board and lack of clear view due to insufficient approach time?

2. Should this have been PCN code 14 and not 46? Is this an angle to challenge?
Appreciate any advise . If I'm at fault then I'm happy to swallow the pride and pay.
