« on: July 05, 2026, 09:19:22 pm »Sorry, but I see a correctly marked bay with carriageway text "Car club only" and a sign also saying the same. Each end of the bay shows the double-dashed bay delimiters as well.
I was not aware that the restrictions applied 24h and were not ruled by the times for the street itself like for example the permit bays.
However, (isn't there always a "however" !), the two signs are very badly placed with the car club bay sign on its own and the sign for the pay-to-park bay on its own at the division between the bays. As such this is misleading.The two signs should have been mounted on the same pole side by side, with arrows to indicate applicability, and you should submit reps on this basis.
Thank you! I will submit an appeal on this basis and see what the answer is, I will follow up here with the council's reply and take your advise on wether to take it to adjudicator or not later.
