Ah ok thanks for reply.   I guess better just pay up as going by the post round our way, wont get the DVD in time.
Wish I had discovered this forum before.
I will know next time.  But of course hope there is no next time.

I received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) for being caught in a yellow box junction
It was 4 weeks ago but what I think happened from the pictures is that I was following one vehicle and there is a traffic light just the other side of the yellow box. I guess (cannot remember correctly as it was 4 weeks ago) the vehicle in front of me stopped because of the red light. I ended up with half of my estate car in the yellow box FYI, it was turn right.
From the picture they sent me, it doesnt show how near the car in front is to the traffic light and/or pedestrian crossing.  Maybe if vehicle in front was a bit more forward, I wouldnt have had half of my car in yellow box.   I have appealed and it was rejected.  Is it worth trying to appeal further.  I understand I have 28 days to do this and if that fails, the fine will be £80 or will I have lost the chance of 50% off making it £160.  I find the wording so confusing.
