Hi, I'm guilty having just come off a night shift and didn't see the signs - was also foggy, however I have been issued with a PCN before for going through a school street as this is and the fine was £80 reduced to £40 but I cant find the details. Is there any way of accessing past PCNS based on registration number and if the fine is so different would that be a procedural error? Thanks in advance for any help to reduce or avoid this.

Hi, hope someone can advise. I received this PCN for failing to give way to oncoming vehicles. Looking at the middle picture on the 2nd page the car I should have given way to had just turned on to the road and was a considerable distance away as I reached the give way sign. At that point I was committed as you can see I had a car behind me! Thanks for any advice

Thanks for your comments, I have a permit for my address in Lambeth - could this be why it’s a code 19? It would be the first time they have taken that into account! Therefore if I appeal and lose it could increase? Or if it’s an incorrect code does that nullify the PCN?

Sorry for any confusion - I know I made a mistake as the other side of the road is 18.30. I don't understand when you say CPZ (Controlled Parking Zone) is for single yellow lines only. My understanding of CPZ is there are parking restrictions in place which are governed by time. My mistake was to park on the wrong side of the road but I was tired and late. However I was wondering whether there was a representation I could make as it was 20.29 when the ticket was issued. If not I have to suck it up but to my mind its worth a try as there are so many experts on here

Hi,
Not sure if there is anything I can do about this. I was one minute off the CPZ timing 20.29, I parked there at 20.22 thinking restrictions ended at 18.30 on a Saturday evening. They do end at 18.30 on the other side of the road, my bad! Any ideas on whether there are any grounds for appeal? Thank you so much. Appeal submitted, I'll ley you know the outcome

Sp there is a procedural impropriety with the PCN online section where it says 14 October deadline for the discounted amount. Is that the basis for a challenge?

HI,
Not sure there is anything that can be done about this, I was going to be turning left and moved over too soon...

Any ideas

Update on this - I received an exoneration letter on 6 Sep 24 stating they would remove the disabled sign (see letter via link) Needless to say they haven't removed the sign and I've been issued with another PCN. I am tempted to just leave it as I have the exonerating letter which they have failed to act on and let it go all the way or is that being vexatious and should I go through the appeals process using the exoneration letter? Any ideas
