Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Southwark PCN Code 33e Restricted road use Dulwich (Now edited)

I came off a small roundabout and when I saw the restriction sign it was too late to reverse back into the roundabout but a few metres after the restriction sign I did an immediate U turn to get out which would be shown on the video.
Can I argue that my incursion into the restricted zone was minimal and did not cause an obstruction?
Also can I argue that stopping and reversing would be a dangerous manouevre?
