Speeding and other criminal offences / URGENT PLS RESPOND TODAY

Hi All

I received my first speeding fine doing 44mph in a 20mph zone with a lazer gun but I did not a NIP within 14 days so can I use it as a valid defense against the speeding charge. The officer did read my rights so is this the same as a NIP? Is this procedural failure? Is their any defense I can state ?

Pls see attached Single Justice Procedure

Many Thanks

Paul

Hi

.

I appealed and their reply to me was I  could have parked correctly and carried the items form the vehicle. We would still expect you to park correctly and obey any rules or restrictions should I appeal to the parking adjudicator

Many Thanks

Hi All

Received this PCN no previous letters  received, I did have an account with Dart Tag with automatic top-up but this was closed on 28/7/23 no email notification/letter and the old system migrated to a new one. I spoke to accounts and they said they have received numerous complaints on this. I assuming other ? people have experienced this. Can someone help?

Many Thanks
