I was away from the country for a while and missed a letter before claim from DCBL. I didn't pay (private PCN). But honestly, because I didn't see it was a paid bay. It was one of the ones you need to call in to pay, and I didn't see the sign. I expect to be taken to court now, given I've essentially ignored it. What options or defences do I have? Honestly, I have no sympathy for these private car park operators.
