Code 21 parked in suspended bay
Fairfield Road, (bay number 4)
I parked in Bay number 4 as shown in the pictures. The yellow sign is unclear as it states end 1 paid parking bay, whereas a sign nearby explicitly describes bay numbers 12, 13 and 14 for a different area of the same road. There is also no electric charging point at the ev bay next to bay 4. In fact, I believe there is even a charging point at the other end closer to bay 1. Any grounds for appeal?
