Yes all documentation is up to date with the correct address. In my online form if I state the above is it likely I will have to attend court? Or can this be dealt with outside of a court room?

I have received an SJP in the post. One charge for speeding (41mph in a 30mph zone) and one charge for failure to notify. I did not receive the notice to prosecute, I am unsure if this was lost in the post but I have not received one. This is the first time I was made aware of the offence. I am guilty of speeding but I do not feel I am guilty for failure to notify if I did not receive the NIP. Would I be correct in thinking the best course of action is to plead not guilty to both charges with the caveat that I would plead guilty to the speeding charge if the failure to notify was dropped?

I have been driving for 20years, I have no points and this is the first time I have dealt with anything like this. Your advice is much appreciated.
