I wasnt sure of the status of a parking bay reserved for Zipcars ( now defunct)
I am a zipcar member ( if relevant )
Should I pay the £160 then challenge as 28 day discount period has elapsed

Recieved PCN 16 in post (no ticket on car)
Car club parking   bay (formerly zipcar)
Any advice appreciated
