I have received a parking fine from February but just received a DCBL letter saying I owe £170. My address with DVLA was updated on the 27/02/26 but the parking fine was on the 21/02/26. They admit to sending to a previous address on the letter, but i'm assuming to get to this point of a fine they will of have to have sent more then one letter on the date and my address has been updated since then. I've since then contacted my previous address and seen if they have had multiple letters which they have so this means they've sent to the incorrect address at least once in the time they were contacting me regarding this ticket. Is there anything I can do? I had no idea about this till the DCBL letter and they admit to sending to a different address. My address was updated 6 days after the day of contravention?
