Thanks for the reply. I will try to get a picture of the signage in the next day or so.The driver didn't get a picture of the machine stating the lack of record of the registration unfortunately. The car park is pay before exit.

Hi I've attached a PCN from UKPAThis is apparently our final notice, there hasn't been any others so we're apparently up to the full amount now. There is only one page and it is blank on the back. On the day in question the entrance barrier was up, upon trying payment the machine had 'no record of the registration' on exit the barrier was also up. Info, dates and barcodes removed.
