Thank you for your reply Incandescent. I actually went to drive their that same afternoon I posted this and I asked mywife to take some photos. The 40mph sign was in place and took the whole space of the signage. When I played back the event when I entered the road, I noticed that there were 2 images(one with the camera symbol and the other was the red circular border(with the car and motorcycle). So that even made it more hard to spot as they have squeezed in to signs on the same signage.

Hi All,

I just received this PCN today that I have failed to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicles(motor vehicles). I checked the time and date of the event and it was when i picked up my 17 year old son and his classmates at Gallions Reach(Heavenly Desserts) during a Ramadan evening. I live in Newham and have always used that route to go home almost every Sunday afternoon(Tesco food shopping mainly). I have never seen that signage of it as restricted to motor vehicles.
It is just second nature for me to use the same route each time I come from Gallions Reach. I am verty surprised and saddened to say the least of getting a PCN. Please advise if I can challenge the PCN and how?
