Did you manage to appeal this?
I received the same fine time 14:34:29, however the restriction time in this facebook post says it is 2.45 to 3.45, so you did not actually drive in the restriction time, nor did I.

I am checking on this fb page whether the sign would have changed, I doubt it, but will confirm when I know more.
Any help would be apreciated.
