Thankyou for your response Bert . When you mention a time out , does that mean that there is a specific window in which the penalty is valid?

Both NIPs notice issue date is 19/2/26 . The offences where on 22/10/25 and 30/11/25. Warwickshire Police issued the NIPs.

So pay the 44 today bert? What about the 50 ?The 50 is also spelt incorrectly as the person who sold me the car spelt my name as Rechard on the V5C not Richard. When you saying about delaying the 50, how long are we talking here Bert? And what potentially do you mean by seeing how switched on the CTO is ? What would be the potential outcomes of delaying it ?

Thankyou New Judge for your response. Im just stressed that i will be banned so im just trying to gather as much info and options as possible before i respond to them. With the 44 in 30 how will that be deemed in your opinion? Thankyou Bert for your advice. I have not responded yet too either as they both arrived on the same day and was dated 19/2/26. So what is the best course of action for me right now please. I have the money to pay the fines .Thankyou

I saw in another post where someone was doing 52 in a 30 that it was mentioned that the person might get a 52 day ban instead of 6 points? How do you qualify for the 52 day ban instead of points? thankyou.

A friend of my partner at work is an ex copper and he is saying that potentially they might charge me with driving without due care ? Hes advising me too speak to a solicitor who deals with driving offences. What is your view on this? Thankyou

Thankyou for the response . So it will total 9 points for the offences and a fixed penalty of £100 for the non court offence. Will i have too attend court ? And what will there be a bigger fine for the 6 points?

Hi folks i have just received 2 speeding tickets for the same location A446 Lichfield Road ,Coleshill North which has a limit of 30mph, one ticket was for 44mph and one for 50mph. One offence was dated 30/11/25 and the other 22/10/25 and the notice issue date is 19/2/26 for the NIP. I currently have no points on my license and no speed awareness courses on record in the last 3.5 years according too ndors.org.I am aware of the 14 day rule and i would like to know what are my best options for this scenario please? Thankyou Richard
