#1 Exceeded Maximum Stay Period ANPR

I received a Parking Charge for exceeding the maximum stay period in a supermarket car park.My car tyre had burst, and this was the safest place to pull into, as it was right off the roundabout, so off the public roads. I previously appealed the charge, and supplied photographic evidence of my car tyre being burst, and a further photos of my car jacked up without the tyre on whilst this was being replaced by the RAC. The company in charge of the appeal has since rejected this, stating that due to this being a private car park, that the charge has been issued legally, and advising that my evidence was not sufficient for an appeal. Would anyone be able to advise on what the best steps would be to appeal this further? Thanks.
