Good Morning, thank you for your responses. I have PM'd Hippocrates, apologies, im not sure if i jumped gun by messaging first. The letter notes 'there is a large blue and white sign at the start of the the offside bus lane showing when operational. There is a thick white land separating the bus lane. There is space between the two bus lanes for motorists to remain in general traffic'. I should have stopped to check road signs had i been unsure. The conditions were awful. The photo evidence is entirely black, the video, i literally cant see my car... but i was there, and the ANPR has my registration. I dont know what to do - your help is appreciated.

Hello. I have PCN for Shepherd’s Bush southbound offside, pitch black, torrential rain. I don’t live in London, ordinarily never drive there. Lbhf refused appeal, advising I should have stopped to look at signs. Which I find a ridiculous suggestion. I’ve seen a post regarding insufficient signage. Is this still the case? I can’t afford this PCN, I’m panicking & worrying. Appreciate any advice. Photo provided is black, video quality is so poor, I can’t even see my car in darkness & rain
