I received a Parking Charge Notice on the 6th February at The Hill Surgery 445 Old London Road Hastings.I was dropping my non-driver son off for his Doctor's appointment. I didn't go into the Surgery. Waited for him in the car. Didn't see any signage. The car park is free. Apparently there is a machine at Reception that you need to enter your car registration.The appointment was late - it was dark and raining.My son didn't realise he had to enter car registration as a non driver. New Doctors surgery - hasn't been open long.I believed the Surgery to own the whole property, including the car park, but apparently they don't. Despite this I hadn't received any notification from the Doctors to patients about using this car park. There are lots of signs today but there weren't any visible signs on the day - that I saw.There was a large blue "Parking for NHS Staff and Patients only" sign at the entrance with the following underneath "24 hour CCTV in operation. Operated by NHS Property Services for the purpose of crime prevention, security, safety and good management. No unauthorised parking."please advise. THANKS.
