Just wanted to say thanks to you all for the help. They have accepted the response and cancelled the ticket.

It was 2 large bags weighing 10kg each, and then a larger sack of flour, 20kg I think.
Would I need proof it was pre-ordered?
It required 3 trips in and out to load the car and paying

I was collecting something from the shop on the right of this spot I had parked, I wasn't meant to be long at all and was only a few minutes - my bad to be honest.

Thank you for adding in those images, I hadn't opened the PCN online yet as it had only arrived recently.

I was parked in this spot for a few minutes, must've not realised it had restrictions, got back and saw an Enforcement Officer creating the PCN. I drove away as the ticket was printing on his machine so no ticket was affixed to my car or handed to me. Then this PCN arrived in the post.
Not too sure what my options would be or appealing it, but I hope you great people could help out.
