Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Tower Hamlets: Code 53- Failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone- Godalming Road

Hello,
Just to get thoughts on whether it’s worth the effort in appealing to Tower Hamlets council.
Facts: Godalming Road has vehicular restrictions from 8:45am to 9:15am and again from 3:15pm to 3:45pm (Monday- Friday).
I revived a PCN which shows my car entering the zone at 3:44:53pm on a Friday (7 seconds before the reductions end).
Should add this is my first timing receiving a PCN like this (if at all relevant). Is it worth appealing on a de minimis basis or just pay the PCN in the discount period?
