Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / PCN for entering and stopping in Box junction in Park Parade/ Rucklidge.Ave NW10 Brent Council

Hi just received this PCN and I can see on the video that my cars front wheels enter the box as the car in front suddenly breaks and stops me from going through it. I do not block any traffic or prevent anyone from turning. Do you think I could appeal or is this an open and shut case.
