Speeding and other criminal offences / SJP issued after I didn't respond to NIP but i'd moved and didn't get any letters

I have just received a SJP for non payment of a speeding fine and failing to advise the issuing office of who the driver was at the time.
However, the ticket was issue and posted to my old address
I was living in a rented flat until 12th July 2025 and have proof from the tenancy agreement that I was no longer living there at the time the ticket was issued on 29th July. I didn't change the address on the V5 for my car until after the reminder was posted on 22nd August so I didn't get that either.
My question is: on the SJP do I plead guilty or not guilty? I can't argue with the speeding ticket so for that part I assume I am guilty. But if I was not aware of the speeding fine as it was sent to my old address do I plead guilty or not guilty?
