The fact this occurred immediately at the end of the restriction
No advantage was gained and no bus was impeded
The lack of clear termination markings
this falls squarely within the principle of a trivial or de minimis incursion. Enforcement in these circumstances is disproportionate.
I respectfully request that the council exercise its discretion and cancel this PCN.
