Hello, I tried to make an appeal a couple of days ago and the paymyparkingcharge.com site only had a drop down menu for 'yes' or 'no', to who was the driver. No other option. So, I left it and was going to ask you what to do and when I have just gone on again, it has the following page now.



What should I do now as their does not seem to be an option to appeal on this page?

Hello,

The driver has been issued this ticket due to a breach of the terms and conditions of parking on private land, at the location noted above (in the link).

Could you please tell me if there are any gorunds for appeal.

On the 28 August, I received a letter, to my appeal. (Link Provided)

I wanted to ask a couple of things:

1. It is quite a bit past the 14 days, that they said they would hold the Parking charge for. Should I remind them of the deadline having past or just wait.

2. The last sentence in the appeal response letter (Link Provided above), it says, "Failure to provide the information by the required date will result in the appeal being processed using only the evidence that we currently have".
From the last sentences wording, would it be possible that they have more information I'm unaware of, or am I being paranoid and just wait for their response.

Yes, annoyingly, it is still on the V5C. The car was financed by my fiancé's mother, so is in her name and was just missed unfortunately. Does this allow anything options for appeal, or are we better, just taking the £85 hit?

My Fiancé recently recently visited her mother's old address Neighbour, who gave her a Notice To Keeper Reminder Notification PCN Letter, they had received.

Her Parents have not lived at the address since November 2024.

The Date of Breach on the letter shows 24th July 2025.

The Driver, according to the PCN, had exceeded the maximum stay period captured by ANPR.

First of all, are there any grounds for an appeal here and secondly, due to her not receiving the original PCN, do we have any grounds for initialising the original Notice To Keeper PCN, for which the discounted amount would be Liable, as we hadn't received anything up until this point of contact.

Any help, as always, is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your response. The picture on my 1st post shows in the Contravention Section, "Notice is hereby given to the Hirer ...", so is a NTH, in my name.

I have included the back of the letter, in this post, which states in the second paragraph, under 'Useful Information', that "The vehicle keeper data has been obtained from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency...". It says that they have provided details, that I am the registered keeper of the vehicle.

Do I need to clarify from the leasing company, that they have not provided Gemini with any other details, or am I still okay to use the conditions for Paragraph 14 of Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (“the Act”)?
