Hi all,Can someone help. Have received this letter and wondering if there was anything I could do.Also my house is a building site and I often do not receive letters when they are posted until much later. Hi all,First time here so I apologise in advance!Received this. I may have used the beginning of the road to do a U turn but don't really remember it at all.
