I see, so in your view there really isn't anyway for me to spin this or any point in appealing at all

I've lived in London for 4 years, about 10 minutes away.
We were up and down the flat moving things pretty much for no more than 5 minutes ever.

Hey all, thanks to everyone who will read this and give advice, thank you for your time and help.

Have been moving these two days and got this PCN while I was parked on the side of the road just unloading stuff into the new flat (15 Indescon Square it's right behind the spot). We've done 7 trips on 15/12 (monday) then halfway through our trips on 16/12 (tuesday) i got the PCN. I'm aware that it is a double yellow and i'm parked on the footpath but there are always cars here parked on double yellow and nothing happens to them, there are also multiple delivery trucks (sainsbury, amazon) throughout the day that park the same way I do on the sidewalk, unfortunately I got caught in the 5 minutes I was moving things up. I was also assured by the agency and the concierge team that it was fine for me to park on the road. When going onto the tower hamlets pcn website no images can be found either, not sure how helpful that is.
