Your breakdown is exactly what it was, thank you so much. I didn’t actually realise it had gone for a couple of days just because I didn’t need to drive it and I’ve just had a really busy week with work. I’ve asked all the neighbours and the builders next to the bay, and nobody knows anything about a suspension. The builders said they thought the car that had been towed was towed because it was a disabled bay but it does not say that.

Not a specific format, they just have the email address and say to include name, address and car reg which I have.

Parked Sunday at 2pm, no suspension notice then. Thanks, I'll write and ask for their pictures?

I definitely don’t know this, so this is really useful thanks. I had already appealed in writing, saying that there was a procedural in propriety on the part of the enforcement authority because they did not give enough notice of the parking suspension. I only found this site after I’ve sent the appeal. So if people hear think it’s worth me fighting, then I absolutely will go all the way, because it’s a joke. We have had so many suspensions recently around here because of filming, and the only time you see the parking wardens is at the time the suspension starts then they are gone for the next few months. But we do alway get given at least a weeks notice. It’s just completely unfair to give no notice and then clamp and remove the car immediately.

I'm in Waltham Forest, and my car was clamped and towed at 823 on Tuesday morning. I didn't see the suspension as I left for work in the dark and home in the dark. One neighbour saw it Tuesday, the others didn't at all, and we've had a lot of suspensions recently due to filming, so we are all quite switched onto it, as it's annoying. We all warn each other. Anyway as I didn't see the sign, I assumed stolen and told the police, only checked Trace yesterday on someone's advice, and it was £470 to recover.
Ive appealed. I'm assuming they will reject my appeal. Can anyone help me understand if I should fight this and if I have a case? It was outside my house and I have a valid residents permit.
Thanks so much!
