I have appealed to the PCN and they refused my appeal. Please find the response below.

No no. SatNav diverted me to enter the car park next to the Sainsbury's. If I could drive left and enter the car park in front of the  Sainsbury's, I should be OK. But, I had to stay whole day and therefore I drove towards the car park next to the station (Parking location ID 801 633). I guess I violated only a few meters. Because the road is both way afterwards.

Thanks. There are multiple car parks there. The one next to the Sainsbury's has time limit. I parked the other one where I can stay longer duration.

Hi all,

I got a PCN from London Borough od Merton.

Contravention Code: "51J Failing to Comply with a no entry restriction"
PCN Address: PEEL HOUSE SERVICE ROAD JW KENLEY ROAD MORDEN

It is next to the Morden tube station car park. I was rushing to park the car, catch tube to go for a meeting.

Can anyone hint how this can be appealed, any satisfactory grounds?
