I received an order for recovery of unpaid penalty charge notice letter from TFL on Saturday. I never received the initial PCN nor charge certificate. I have checked on TFL website to see if I could send an appeal, however the option was not available. Can anyone please advice me on what to do? Please see the letter on the attachment.

The photos are screenshots from Westminster evidence. There was a car parked before the sign based on the picture. But this will be clear from a video evidence. Unfortunately the video evidence is not showing.

I got this PCN for failing to drive in the direction shown. I canīt remember seeing any arrow probably due to blockage. The video attached by Westminster arenīt showing so very difficult for me to know why I did not see the arrow. Please any help on how to go about appealing this case will be appreciated. Please screenshot 1 for the PCN letter.

I called TFL as suggested to send the video footage as I only received the code for the video and not the video itself.  Today, which is nearly 3 months, I got a letter from TFL asking me to pay the full amount of Ģ240 as I failed to respond or pay within the discount period.

I finally received a response on the 23rd of December,2023 from the Westminster Council regarding my appeal. I made a simple representation as Pastmybest suggested. Unfortunately, the appeal wasnīt successful. When I viewed the PCN online. The council still wants me to pay Ģ130 instead of Ģ65, even though I am still within the discount period of 14 days after rejection.

What shall I do about this?

Pastmybest, can you please help and represent me at the tribunal as you promised?

Got a penalty charge from TFL for picking up on the red route parking bay. Please advise on what to say on the appeal.
PCN Charge no: GX08979566
VRN: YJ18TFP
Please View the penalty notice here  https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/challenge-a-pcn as I currently do not have access to the letter.
Upon checking the street map on Google I can see that the sign says no stopping between 7 am -7 pm and the contravention occurred around 9 pm according to TFL.

I requested the video footage since I was not able to view it. After many months I got this reference no.TFL-2789378-1699545249 to view the footage online. They have not told me where to view it.

Please help me with what to write.
