Hi,
I have now received a Letter of Claim (as opposed to the Letters Before Claim I had before) from Moorside Legal.
It has the same wording of the Letter Before Claim, offereing ways to pay etc but it does say
'if I do not reply within 30 days they may issue a County Court Claim which adds interest, court fees and legal costs. If a CCJ is awarded it can seriously affest your credit score for up to 6 years. This means you may find it more difficult to obtain credit such as mortgages, credit cards, loans, or any vehicle finance'
Should I be worried? I'd appreciate advice of what to do next. I have sent all the emails that you advised before, and they have not answered a single question. They just keep sending me these letters.
