IPC and BPA codes of practice at the time of said contravention indicate otherwise - hoping I have understood the wording well. Court appearance tomorrow. Will let you know how it goes when I get the verdict.

No single ticket supermarket type ticket - overstay of 11 mins. Contesting on the basis that grace period as indicated in the Code of Practice was not adhered to.

Hi all,
Is it standard practice that even after a date has been set for a hearing that the claimant (one of the "XYZ Legal companies working for UKPP) continues to send demand letters? 1st hearing was adjourned and a new date set and letters keep coming under the pretext of trying to settle without going to hearing.
