Hi all,Is it standard practice that even after a date has been set for a hearing that the claimant (one of the "XYZ Legal companies working for UKPP) continues to send demand letters? 1st hearing was adjourned and a new date set and letters keep coming under the pretext of trying to settle without going to hearing.
