I'm unsure whether I'm posting in the correct place, however,  I've received N149A Notice of proposed allocation to Small Claims Track as the case is being defended.
I'm required to complete form N180. Do you have any advice please.

Hi, newbie here and sorry to ask for help or if I'm not doing this correctly, for allegedly overstaying at a car park in February 2022.
I don't recall being there, and I know I did receive something in October 2022, which was the first I ever heard about it, and strongly refuted it and asked them to provide proof, stating I would vehemently defend and that they should not contact me until they provided what I had asked them for, and never heard anything again.
Just recently I started receiving letters and stupidly ignored them, and I have received the above notice. I don't recall being there, if I had been and had received a notice, I would have challenged it immediately or even paid it if absolutely necessary, but would have demanded proof.Many thanks.
